Alejandro Miramontes
The Conductor Method™

Brand and marketing leadership, conducted with discipline and taste.

The Conductor Method is the operating system of the practice. Every engagement runs through it, in order. No phase is skipped. No phase is rushed.

01
Phase 01

Listen

Two weeks of structured listening. Alejandro interviews the founder, the leadership team, and a curated set of customers — current, former, and the ones who never bought. No assumptions are made before this phase concludes.

The work is conducted in person where possible, by voice when not. Transcripts are kept. Patterns are surfaced. The brand is heard as it actually sounds, not as it would like to.

What you get
  • Founder interview transcript
  • Leadership team interviews (3–6)
  • Customer interviews (5–10)
  • A listening synthesis — what the brand sounds like in the world
02
Phase 02

Diagnose

A senior brand and marketing audit. Positioning, identity, voice, channels, funnel, content, team. Every layer of the marketing function reviewed against the standard of the company it should be.

Findings are prioritized. Nothing is recommended unless it is necessary. The diagnosis closes with a 90-minute presentation to the founder and leadership team.

What you get
  • Brand and marketing audit document
  • Prioritized opportunities (90-day roadmap)
  • Competitive landscape read
  • Findings presentation to leadership
03
Phase 03

Curate

Sourcing the right people, the right partners, and the right direction. Alejandro does not pretend to be the whole department. He assembles it.

Designers, photographers, writers, agencies, in-house hires. Each one chosen for the specific work in front of the brand — never for convenience.

What you get
  • Vendor and partner shortlists
  • Creative direction documents
  • Hiring briefs for in-house roles
  • An assembled team, signed off by the founder
04
Phase 04

Conduct

Execution, directed. Alejandro stays in the room — translating intent into creative, creative into production, production into the work that ships.

Weekly leadership cadence. Daily Slack. The standard does not relax once the team is in place. It rises.

What you get
  • Weekly leadership review
  • Creative direction across all output
  • Daily availability on Slack
  • A marketing function that runs
05
Phase 05

Deliver

Outcomes, not deliverables. Every month, the practice reports on what moved — pipeline, brand equity, customer signal, team capability.

Quarterly business reviews. Year-end synthesis. The work is measured against the standard the founder set on day one.

What you get
  • Monthly performance reports
  • Quarterly business reviews
  • Annual brand equity read
  • A founder who knows where the brand stands
